Express Mail International Service (EMS)
EMS is a reliable high speed service for mailing time sensitive items to more than 175 countries and territories. The maximum weight limit for EMS shipments varies by country ranging from 22 pounds to 70 pounds, but most countries have a 44 pound maximum weight limit.

Total Health Overseas Shipping Policy

• Please check with your country’s customs office regarding the import of our product. The buyer is responsible for any import restrictions, prohibited import items, taxes, tariffs, fees, and duties. Countries we cannot ship to are France, Germany, Austria, Indonisia, Italy, Nigeria and Spain.
• If an order is seized by customs then the purchaser assumes the cost of shipping. When product is received back at Total Health we will refund you for the product, less shipping.
• In addition to the postage (in US$), Total Health charges an additional $6.95 handling on exported orders.
• We cannot give an exact shipping cost because the shipping weight is calculated on the final packed shipment (please refer to the charts below for approximate shipping charges*).
• Please include your e-mail address on any orders so we may communicate any problems may delay your order. If you have any more questions please e-mail to info@totalhealthdiscount.com.
• For your protection, you may be required to submit additional credit card authorization including your legal signature and a photo copy of your credit card. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your order. Total Health will email you if we require this additional information.
