How to place an order?

1. Use our Menu on the left of the page to find your desired product and/or brand.

Specials: See Total Health Special Offers.
Brands: See all brands listed alphabetically.
Health Info: Find important information about health conditions.
Herbs/Supps: Find a Specific Herb or Supplement.
Women: See some of our Women products along with useful information.
Men: See some of our Men products along with useful information.
Kids: See some of our Kids products along with useful information.
Pets: See some of our Pets products along with useful information.
Health & Beauty: Find products related to Health & Beauty.
Kosher: Find our Kosher Brands.

2. Select your brand by clicking on it’s name. Once on the selected brand, pick your Product by clicking on the product’s link.

3. Add the selected product to your cart by clicking “Add to Cart” button at your bottom Right corner. This will take you into your “Shopping Cart”.

4. Specify the desired quantity of each different item by entering the number on the box (1 by default) right after the product name, below the word Quantity and click “Calculate”.

5. If you want to look for another product click at “Go Back and Shop Some More” and Repeat steps 1, 2, 3, 4. If you are finished with your selection click “Yes, I’m ready to confirm my order”.

6. If you are a new customer click “New Customer”; If you are an existing customer Please place your password and email address and click “Existing Customer”

7. For New Customers: Fill the following form with the required information and click “Continue”.

8. Next, choose your shipping method, Special Customer Notes (if any) and your Payment method. Press Continue.

9. If you are going to use a credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover) Please complete the form and then submit your order. If you are going to pay with “check by mail” please submit your order. (Your order is not processed until your check is received).

10. You will receive an email confirmation of your purchase, except if you are paying by Check.

There is NO SALES TAX on Vitamins, Herbs and Supplements. New York State residents are charged sales tax for all haircare Products, soap, shower washes, shaving cream and all other health and beauty products.

We accept major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover). We also accept checks and money orders. Orders paid by check will not be processed until the funds have been verified. If you are sending a check, please send it to the name and address given below.

Note: Complete your shopping cart order procedures, when you come to the “Shipping and Payment” page. After you select your shipping method you will be asked “How would you like to pay?” – select “Credit Card by Fax or Mail” and press “Continue”. You will be taken to a page that has your total, if the total is correct, click the “submit order” button and you will be taken to a page with your complete order. Print this page – fill out the payment information and fax or mail it to us. No online payment needed for this option.

The “Shipping and Payment Page” is the 3rd step in confirming your order. At that time you will select a shipping method FROM THE DROP DOWN MENU BOX OR SIMPLY ACCEPT: the standard DEFAULT option OF “$6.95 or Free over $85 (Contiguous 48 states only. 5lb max)”. We use various couriers so that we may ship your package the most efficient way. If you require a specific courier please state it in the “Special Customer Notes” area on the shipping & payment page. (Please be aware that if you choose a courier your shipping charges may exceed $6.95 OR FREE SHIPPING MAY NOT APPLY. IF THIS IS THE CASE YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED; WE NEVER CHARGE YOU ANY ADDITIONAL SHIPPING WITHOUT YOUR “OK” ) You will receive an email when your order is shipped. Most orders are shipped from 2 to 5 business days after received. Please allow for shipping transit TIME from our warehouse in New York.

  • $9.95 – UPS 3rd Day Select *(Contiguous 48 states only. 5lb max) does not include Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico
  • $15.95 – UPS 2nd Day Air *(Contiguous 48 states only. 5lb max) – does not include Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico
  • $28.45UPS 2nd Day Air Saturday Delivery * (Contiguous 48 states only. 5lb max) – does not include Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico

  • * -2nd Day Air and 3rd Day Select are counted from date of shipping not date of order.
       -Back Orders on 2nd and 3rd Day Select are shipped ground.
       -Weekends, Holidays and Bad Weather are not counted as shipping days.

Please select the correct shipping method if you select the incorrect method it will delay your order being processed. Please check with your country’s customs office regarding the import of our product. The buyer is responsible for any import restrictions, prohibited import items, taxes, tariffs, fees, and duties. Total Health cannot accept responsibility for any international orders once they have left the United States. The buyer accepts all risks of delivery and additional shipping fees. What if I need to return my order? (back to top)

30 Day Happiness Guarantee – You may return an item for refund or credit within 30 days of receiving it. Shipping charges are only refunded if the return is due to our error. For returns that are not due to Total Health error, there is a 15% restocking fee.

Returns on Doctor’s and Professional Line products are not returnable if they are opened. Doctor’s and Professional Line products that are returned unopened will be charged the 15% Restocking Fee (click here to see a list of Doctor’s and Professional Lines).

All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip and must be in the factory sealed container and in good condition for refund. After a return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process. If using a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account. If paying by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you. We suggest using UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection when returning an order. If an item you ordered is out of stock, after 7 to 10 days it will be back-ordered automatically (domestic orders only). For international orders, we will E-mail you of the missing items to confirm the balance of your order.
