30 Day Happiness Guarantee – You may return an item for refund or credit within 30 days of receiving it. Shipping charges are only refunded if the return is due to our error. For returns that are not due to Total Health error, there is a 15% restocking fee.
All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip and must be in the factory sealed container and in good condition for refund. After a return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process. If using a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account. If paying by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you.
